Respect the Referee

Referees play a vital role in our games and without them we would have no matches. It is essential to remember that they are human beings and deserve your respect as you would want for yourself or your family members. Do they make mistakes? Every makes some mistakes including players and mentors but we should be as quick to highlight the correct decisions they make and positive impacts they have on our game.
