There were good wins for our Under 12 and our minor girls teams who had good wins over St Faithleach’s and St Ciaran’s respectively last week. Our U14 girls were unfortunate to be beaten by a physically stronger Padraig Pearses on Sunday, while the boys lost out narrowly to Strokestown in their Division 2 Championship game.

Our Adult Ladies a have qualified for the Keenan’s Tarmonbarry sponsored Junior A Championship final, which takes place in Knockcroghery on Saturday week, September 16th. The girls and their management team are busy preparing to face St Mary’s. The girls wish to acknowledge our sponsors P&R Agri, Noel Rogers (Painter), and McGlynn Commercial Repairs who have all sponsored playing gear for the girls on the big day, and Finbar Holmes & Sons Plant hire.
