Next Friday night will be a very special ocasion for the club when we host one of the top senior club teams Carnacon from Mayo in the Connacht semi final . The great Cora Staunton plays for this club   and its marvellous to think that a rural club like Kilbride  is competing at this level . Wishing Ollie , his management team and the panel of players the very best of luck in this exciting fixture . Once again we appeal to everyone to get their flags  etc flying in support of the team . The throw in time is not yet confirmed . We hope that there will be huge support from the club and surrounding clubs on the night .

The coffee morning / bake sale organised by the senior ladies on Sunday morning was a huge success . A big thank you to everyone who supported either by providing goodies or purchasing on the day . The girls were extremely appreciative of the wonderful generosity shown .
Our U 14 girls played out an exciting draw in their Division 2 final on Sunday afternoon against Oran in Kilbride . The girls had a very nervous start and looked to be in real trouble early on as they conceded 4 goals . But once they got into their stride they got them selves back into the game and at the half way mark they trailed  by just two points 4-02 to 3-03 .  The second half was a much closer affair and both teams led at different stages with very little between the teams . Final score 5-05 to 5-05 . The replay will take place in Oran next Sunday at 4 p.m. so best of luck to all involved .
